1. Who we are and the Data Controller

Agape Travel Vietnam is the trading name operated by AGAPE TIST CO., LTD., a company registered in Vietnam under Business Registration No. 0317677986. AGAPE TIST CO., LTD. is the controller of personal information described in this policy.

The location identified in the website footer as “Italy — Sales Representative” is a commercial representative location only. It is not a separate Agape legal entity or registered office.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country of residence and the content of your communications. If you proceed with a proposal or booking, we may also need information reasonably required to arrange the agreed travel services.

Please do not send passport details, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive information through a general enquiry unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate channel and explain why it is needed.

3. Information submitted through the travel enquiry form

The form is designed to request your name and email address, with optional planning details such as phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, number of travellers, approximate dates, trip duration, destinations, budget and travel preferences.

In the “Continue by email” mode, the form prepares a message for you to send from your own email app to info@agape-vietnam.com. Preparing the message does not send it; you must press Send in your email app. When direct online sending is enabled, requests are passed securely to our Google Workspace email service. The website does not save form contents in browser storage or a separate enquiry database.

4. Why we use personal information

• To respond to questions and travel enquiries.
• To understand your requested dates, interests, pace, budget and practical needs.
• To prepare, discuss and revise a personalised itinerary or proposal.
• To arrange and operate services you ask us to book.
• To communicate before, during and after an agreed journey.
• To meet legal, accounting or regulatory duties that apply to us.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where European data-protection law applies, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform an agreed travel contract, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where we specifically ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not state additional legal bases here because Agape has not yet confirmed whether they are used. OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: confirm whether legitimate interests or any other legal basis is relied upon for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping or marketing.

6. Who may receive personal information

Information may be available to authorised Agape personnel who need it to respond to you or arrange a journey. When you ask us to prepare or operate travel services, relevant details may be shared with selected guides, drivers, accommodation providers, transport operators and other travel suppliers to the extent necessary for the requested service.

We do not sell personal information. Google Workspace receives email enquiries sent to info@agape-vietnam.com. A complete list of other technology and administrative service providers has not yet been confirmed. See “Owner confirmations required” below.

7. International processing and transfers

Agape is established in Vietnam and designs travel in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. If you contact us from another country, your information will be received and processed in Vietnam. Details needed to arrange an agreed journey may also be processed in the country where the relevant service is provided.

OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: document the countries used by all technology providers and the safeguards or transfer mechanisms relied upon where applicable. This policy does not claim a transfer mechanism that has not been verified.

8. How long we keep information

We intend to keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, proposal or travel service, and for any applicable legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or recordkeeping requirement. The exact period depends on the purpose, the status of the enquiry or booking and any duty that applies.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you and to the processing, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by applicable law.

10. How to exercise your rights

Email info@agape-vietnam.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and describe your request. We may need to ask for enough information to confirm that the request relates to you. We will use that information only to assess and respond to the request.

11. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can review your concern. Where applicable data-protection law gives you this right, you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.

12. Cookies and analytics

The current website source does not include a configured analytics or advertising system, and we have not identified marketing or analytics cookies in the site code. The hosting platform may process technical request information or set strictly necessary technology for security and delivery, but its exact logs, cookies, locations and retention have not been verified by Agape.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our website, enquiry process, service providers or legal obligations change. The publication date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version is posted.
